HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE <

who should pay for the emergency services

i am a tax payer,

so i deserve to be on this panel,

are you ready for some radical ideas,

deep breath as the joe dose not speak no flannel.

if you call the emergency services,

and you are under the influence or have a habit,

you will be hit with a £1000 fine,

i dont want to hear any of your beef or rabbit.

if someone else calls,

you are still responsible as of your state,

with these consequences,

i have a feeling for long they wont be your mate.

as for the drink damage,

that the N-H-S are currently under massively pressure,

all booze has to increase 10 fold,

and its going to the N-H-S and not the the government or her majesty pleasure.

you hit people where it hurts,

it is all justice and ITS unfortunate IT unfairly penalise,

but prevention and the quantity consumed,

was the whole point of Joes poem exercise.
