Jade Goody says she wants to get rid of her belly and reduce her breast size.

The Big Brother star had no qualms over discussing cosmetic surgery, admitting she had embraces Botox treatment. She commented: "I don't see the point of lying if you have these things done."

She also revealed that – despite paying to get her breasts enlarged – she now wants them reduced. "I don't regret them but they're an inconvenience,” commented the 24-year-old. “In a bikini top either your boobs fall out the bottom or your nipples come out the top.

"And it's hard to get clothes. I have to get a size 16 for my boobs, but then they're baggy everywhere else."

Goody said she also has plans to lose what she calls her "jelly belly". "I can't shift it however hard I work out in the gym,” she expained. “It's because I've had two kids. I'm 24 and don't want these stretch marks that look like I've been bitten by a shark."

She also enthused about her 18-year-old boyfriend Jack Tweedy, who she met after Christmas. "It's early days but I feel like I'm in love with Jack. I think about him all the time,” she told The News of the World. “With him I'm the happiest I've ever been. I get the whole butterflies in my stomach thing.

"He's my best boyfriend yet. I hope I'll be with him for a long time."
