FIFA want to clamp down on racism at the World Cup finals, with points being deducted from guilty nations.
Rules to be introduced in Germany will mean perpetrators facing the immediate loss of three points. "The regulations will be applied for this World Cup," FIFA president Sepp Blatter told the Daily Mail.
