scotland yard with out a top ranking ethnic minority - good or bad ?

shabir hussain was a top dog,
then he retired,
unsuccessfully suing for racial discrimination,
i suppose its better then being fired.
45 people made up the team,
these are the most senior of the police rank,
why have race, colour, creed entered,
now the joe is watching from the bank.
i watch the news regular,
and can not help but see discrimination,
for a certain amount of jobs to be ethnic,
is making unfairness a realisation.
we need competent staff,
a employer should have this enrolled,
trying to make a more diverse world,
is making there business being uncontrolled.
to the police, government,
and every business on uk soil,
if jobs are not going to the right people,
then this country and every business will spoil.
