How un-rushed can an election be if not gonna have an outcome until annual confrerence time? .........and under the PLP rules, anyone can declare themselves into the running if they feel like it. I remind you the Labour Party has a female caretaker on the Opposition Bench. The last time the Tories had a 'female' in authority within the party was Sir Margaret Thatcher esq.
