Where's the talking Parrot?

What's happened to the talking Parrot, Davina McCall?

I haven't even noticed it in the back of shots anymore? Is it still there? What's its purpose? And when will it come into play? We've already had the tree and Bob Righter, it's it time to give the parrot a go?
