Default Tilda Swinton

I love her. She's so underrated - okay she's won an Oscar...but for supporting only.

Well, it was inevitable given the roles she's had. Her most mainstream appearances have been as the White Witch in the Chronicles of Narnia, and small parts in Benjamin Button, Burn After Reading and the Oscar-winning role in Michael Clayton.

But her lead performances I've seen have been fantastic - there's a little known film called "Julia" (there's apparently a more famous film of the same name) made around 2007/8 - in which she plays an alcoholic kidnapper. It's one of the best performances I've seen, and yet she only got one awards from the Evening Standard.

She's also done some other artistic pieces - reading poetry/prose on albums by Max Richter and Patrick Wolf.
