I suspect now that the producers always wanted the golden ticket winner to be out ASAP.
They have ensured she is hated thanks to the nomination twist, and this State of Suzie task is a deliberate set up. But then Big Brother has had a history of trying to stitch people up, right far back as BB2. (We know the meals for two was a deliberate stitch up atempt of Helen and Paul)  As we always suspected, the winner has already been selected, these evictions are just a mear formality.
