Caoimhe had a lot to drink and was fooling around in a fun way, which you don't often see from her when she is sober. So Dave getting annoyed at her antics is just a cover from the hatred he has for her. Yeah, she probably went too far, but who doesn't when they've hardly eaten and downed some alcohol.

If he isn't bothered about Mario showing his bits all the time, then it really is about Caoimhe and not about her drunken actions.
