In Dave's eyes I think difference is motive and circumstances
Mario stripped to ease tension in a row between JJ and Ben Quaver was a bit pi**ed and had her tits hanging out and the mood in bathroom was a bit slu**y from his point of view (not mine I dont moan wen see tits  )plus he doent like Quaver and he is mates with Mario the only way we would know for sure is if Mario and Quaver both stripped and ran around garden naked together for a laugh If Dave then moaned about Quaver but not Mario I would agree he is hypocrite
