The penny has dropped.

At last, she now knows he is using her.
He knows she fancies him, she knows he does not fancy her, she also knows he is sleeping in her bed and stroking her etc whilst wondering if it looks like the Shabby and keeva situation. What a gentleman he turned out to be. But she will still be his friend.
