They were at the minimum, flirting rotten, especially Corin. JJ was touching her hair in a loving manner, women love that, so no continuation.

Corin lied telling JJ Dave and Jo were pulling faces at her, she decieved when she claimed she'd wangled JJ back into bed with her, it was a bit cringe worthy and a tad desperate.

Sam's a numpty, but Corin's very good at talking her way to things, she used Sam's cockyness to get what she initiated in the first place.
