Very, VERY negative view of Reality TV, wasn't it?
 My personal view, for what it's worth . . . . . Spencer came over as a total slob - and no need for the vitriolic attack on Alex. PJ was a typical 'lad', but at least realised his limitations. Lee and Sophie - I still don't get them as a couple. Adele - NO-ONE deserved the terrible treatment she got when she left the house. It was disgusting. Nick - a prat as always. Rick - totally agree with Foxy . . . he annoys the hell out of me now. Narinder - all of her own doing. Stay at home with your husband sometimes, love. Tim - nuff said.  Roll on BB4 is all I can say!
