I see him as a victim because he is the only HM that was given a choice of the two HM's that he didnt like.... Mario gets Ben.... Coirin gets Nathan... Why didnt they send in Caoimhe for Josie...or even her or Shabby for John James.
Also the crab suit was a personal dig at something that offended him....

They ruined Rexs chances of winning by chucking his vile GF in.... why didnt they do that to another HM...
