Another thing they need to do as well is make the outside look a bit more trendy and not looking like a warehouse. A few solar cells on the outside, more warm looking. Better paint job, how about a great big 3 bladed wind turbine in the garden, and a few rabbits
 The teletubies house is quite trendy.
