Apart from the vacuous and talentless Catherine Tate, this show verged on the brilliant, mainly due to the presence of the irrepressible Joan Rivers but also to the contribution of the legendary Johnny Knoxville - the humour was, naturally, coarse, but also self-deprecating, and had me "in stitches" .....
