Jayne absolutely must go, or the show is a farce. Besides, if Richard stays, he'll assume the public loves him, and be even more Richard than ever.

I didn't like him before, but he does keep things interesting. I'd miss his little gloves and pearls, and I especially want to see him keep winding Michael up. I think he's going to "out" Michael as a closet heterosexual soon!
