Gosh you dont suppose its all about America because the documents were from US sources, you know US diplomatic and US Intelligence assessments. They were US in origin, shared internally with the the US afministration, military and intelligence communities. Most were marked as being NORORN which means NO Foreign Nationals are to have access.

As for the content of the documents, of course they are going to point out the weaknesses and flaws in other countries administrations, except a lot of the flaws they point out are simply the opinions of the originating officers. Saying that though the documents didnt come from other countries like New Zealand or any other minor little country like Britain did they?
