Exclamation is the UK winning or looseing against the weather disruption ? in your area ?

is the UK winning or loosing against the weather disruption ?

every blue moon we get a uncontrollable flurry,
and in no way dose it go down like a ruby Murry.
the roads do clog,
schools do shut, happy is your sprog.
shop shelf's lay bare,
and i see empty foot paths, that's rare.
planes and airports are at a stand still,
the D- icier may be good but it just can not get under this peel.
if we invested and had the correct machinery,
maybe, just maybe we would not have this misery.
but 11 months out of 12 its collecting dust,
before this is payed for, chief executive pay rises are a must.
get your priority's right UK, deal with weather disruption,
because at present we are loosing this battle, and this is corruption.

(in this little down just left of mars and south of the moon - on Joe planet lol we are looseing against the weather ? i just woundered is everything running smooth where you live or is it at a stand still ?)
