It's not too long now until X-Men: First Class, which tracks Marvel's favourite mutant ensemble in their formative years, finds its way into cinemas (June 2, to be precise)... so what better time to get the first picture from the mutant prequel! The movie's '60s setting has prompted a changes in costumes as the tight black leather of the earlier films has given way to more colourful, comic book-style duds.

The characters from left to right are: Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Moira MacTaggert (Rose Byrne), Emma Frost (January Jones), Azazel (Jason Flemyng), Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Havok (Lucas Till), Angel Salvadore (Zoe Kravitz), Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) and Charles Xavier (James McAvoy).
