Default Daniel Radcliffe - "reliant on alcohol" ?

Reliant? Or just doing what many teens do?

(Handy publicity for the last film)

Quote:
Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he gave up drinking alcohol after realising that he had become too "reliant" on it to "enjoy stuff".

The 22-year-old told GQ that he had not had a drink since August 2010. Radcliffe, currently appearing on Broadway in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, admitted that he felt his relationship had benefited due to his decision to quit.

"There were a few years there when I was just so enamoured with the idea of living some sort of famous person's lifestyle that really isn't suited to me," he told the magazine. "I really got away with that because there were many instances when a paparazzi shot like that could have been taken.

"I'm actually enjoying the fact I can have a relationship with my girlfriend where I'm really pleasant and I'm not ******ing up totally all the time."
