The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs was spotted out in Brentwood, Essex, yesterday, going for an early morning jog in a bid to maintain her slim figure.

But Amy's run comes as reports have emerged of 'diet wars' between the girls on the programme, with the main stars accused of competing against each other to see who is the slimmest.

Amy, 21, is said to have slimmed down from 9stone to 8stone 9lbs.

As good as she looks, she'd look even better in a pair of shorts .....
