They already know what poor is. You do know benefits cover the bare essentials of what you need to survive? On JSA you get about £50 a week(or did when I was on it about 4 years ago, probably a little bit more now).

And again, taking what little they have in the first place away from them, will just make crime much much worse. They will HAVE to turn to stealing etc. just to eat
