hiya,
 im trying to make a banner on paintshop pro x but i have some questions about it if you could help me answer the questions then i would be reallllllly happy  If you can help me and then please do lol.1) how do you add a border round the banner 2) how do you add stars 3) wen you have 3 pictures on your banner how do you make them blend together thankyou
