Pete still in love after Nikki 'escort' shame

BESOTTED Big Brother winner Pete Bennett puckers up to give lover Nikki Grahame a smacker - despite sensational claims that she was a £500-a-night escort girl.

The couple could not keep their hands off each other at a party for ex-housemates - and last night it was revealed they spent the night together for the first time since leaving the house.

One partygoer said: "They looked very much like a young couple in love and everyone was wishing them all the best for the future.

"The drink was flowing freely and they were the talk of the party. Some people had their suspicions that it was all part of a game they were playing while inside the house - but they were very open with their behaviour as the night wore on."

The couple had a turbulent first weekend together after Nikki, 24 - famous for her tantrums in the house - admitted she once worked for an escort agency.

She broke down as she admitted: "It's something I'm incredibly ashamed about. I made a big, big mistake - one I will regret the rest of my life. The only consolation I have is that I didn't have sex with any of the clients."

Pete, 24, has vowed to stand by her. A Big Brother source said: "Pete knows anyone can make a mistake - but it remains to be seen where their relationship goes from here."

A spokeswoman for Pete and Nikki confirmed they spent the night together, but added: "Of course, it's going to take time for them to see how they get on together in the outside world.

"When Pete heard the story about Nikki's escort. work, he didn't bat an eyelid. To say that their relationship is over or is in trouble is absolutely not the case."
