it really does get better and then you will look forward not back.Your other thread was merely bad timing and you probably were not feeling great about something completely unrelated.When i was your age i once cut all the flower heads off once and never understood why.I later realised that at that time I was angry about something else in my life.
it is a time to blow off steam and then it all calms down. All you have to do is know that its a natural thing and not just a you thing. So you see your ok really....
