'Good' from the point of view that she was a big character...but as a person...very poor imo
I fail to see how Denise was any less 'arrogant' than the twins.
They were confident, maybe too much for a lot of people, and that can be percieved as arrogance but...where's does it do any harm to openly admit your strengths...I respected them for admitting they had to work hard to gain peoples respect because of their 'previous fame'

Denise constantly commented on whether people 'got her' or 'didn't get her' and assumed that should be their problem and that she shouldn't make any 'adjustments' to her actions based on how well she knew peope or they knew her...they would just have to adapt, they would have to do all the giving....
When asked on BBOTS if she thought her children would be embarrassed she said yes, but they were used to it...so tough...yet no consideration for others....their problem again....and that's her own children...not some American Playboy girls she barely knows
...to me, this is arrogance..a different guise of arrogance, an arrogance that the public name 'being real'...a rose by any other name.......

Based on the reasoning behind her being the winner she is no more or less deserving than the twins..they both contributed a huge amount through their 'arrogance'.....Denise's, however was much more accepted and popular...the results prove that
