 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/ar...-pregnant.html I am all for the mother wanting to keep fit as that will have a good impact on her own body as well as being good for baby - but I can't quite get my head around the unecessary movement and bumping around for baby when mother is jogging? Is going jogging whilst pregnant reckless / selfish to the unborn baby? |
