I dont know if there has already been a topic made about this but i was reading the ITV site and read this

There will be a shock twist on this week's show and viewers have been warned that their votes will be more important than ever...!

Speaking exclusively during the recording of ITV2's Xcess All Areas, Simon Cowell admitted:'We made the decision on Monday that the twist will take place this weekend.

'It is something we have been thinking about for some time and we'll see if we've made the right decision on Saturday night.

'Everyone presumed the format would stay the same this year but we've always had the intention to shake things up and we feel it is the right time.

'But you never know the twist could be that the public has to vote off a Judge!'

However, our X Factor spies have been in on the gossip and can reveal that it is one of these four potential twists -

An act coming back
Double elimination
A fourth guest judge who will have the deciding vote
No judges' decision - it will all be down to the public vote

The producers are keeping tight lipped about just which it will be. But one thing is definite - to gaurantee that your favourite act stays in the competition, you can't just rely on fate...!
