No one is making fun of your issue, nobody knew this until just now that you mentioned it. There are lots of people that have lip issues, it is called lip paralysis and its a facial nerve disorder you are born with and is unfixable. Katie Holmes and Alicia Silverstone have it too, lots of people do as well.
I wouldnt make fun of it, not nice to pick at peoples flaws, the same way you dont like people making fun of your hearing.
