I guess so. I'm just curious to know the legal ramifications and power of ofcom. I mean, obviously Channel 5 can't control what comes out of peoples mouths, nor should they really. It's a reality TV show afterall, people who watch are well aware of that. So really, what can ofcom do? And, short of blatant racial comments and aggressive behavior, which obviously Channel 5 will act on, does ofcom really even have a say? I don't see why they should...
