Before the placings are found out.
That is all. We need full details on the task, what the winner will get, what the loser will get etc etc. Before someone has left, and the winner been announced. Just this once, dont let one thing be open to accusations of fixing please  OK apparently the last one standing in the room will get a pass to the final. So where does the 'someone might be evicted' and the 25k come into play
