Tbf booze isn't an excuse because that means people that have committed violence under booze would have to be excused for there behaviour.
But doing one thing to Luke S after his group have not let up on going after her and Luke A in particular is not bullying imo, but if you want Conor to have £50,000 and Deana nothing after what he said about her then good luck as you all done the same in BB10 when the bully group won that year.
