Default The Cocteau Twins

With Elizabeth Fraser appearing during Meltdown at The Royal Festival Hall this week in her first live performances since touring with Massive Attack in 2006, I wondered if there were any fans of her work? Maybe more famously known for her vocal on "Teardrop" by Massive Attack, she has made so many tracks with her band members as The Cocteau Twins up until their demise in 1998. Here's just a few of my favourites:

I also loved the collaboration of 4AD artists which resulted in This Mortal Coil where Fraser's vocals featured heavily, along with others from the label. The cover of Tim Buckley's "Song To The Siren" showcases her amazing vocal ability best, and is one of my all time favourite tracks:
