Now they are saying she suffers from Cerebal Palsy and needs daily medicine. This story just gets worse.
But again the point must be stated why on earth would you let your 5 yr old daughter go outside on her own unsupervised coupled with the fact she suffers from quite a serious condition, this is tantamount to gross negligence .
