Default new stalking law - will it have any effect ?

new stalking law 25.11.12

this will apply to me,
i am a progressive sender,
i have views on news,
and things which leaves no defender.
currently as the law stands,
6 months is the max,
after years or months of misery,
the judiciary system shows its not worth our tax.
but today it changes,
and i welcome this charge,
now perpetrators can get 5 years,
this is large.
well done to the police,
i thank the system change,
because now the suffers,
are not left vulnerable feeling strange.
power back,
i just hope from my poem no-ones walking,
and if you read my next one,
i might just report you for stalking.

(hello everyone on this forum. i am sure you all might see me as a stalker with these
poems but i felt i had to praise the law on this one as its about time this happened. just
wondered did anyone disagree or feel this is a mistake this new law ? if you wanted to see
