"Best-selling novelist Mike Noonan (Pierce Brosnan)
and his wife Jo are living a romantic life together,
despite the fact that he has hidden
that leaves her unable to bear children
due to low sperm count. One afternoon
at a book signing, Jo goes to a pharmacy
across the street, and on her way back
is struck by a bus. When he goes out
to her she dies in his arms.
Noticing a pregnancy test that she had bought,

Overcome by grief from her passing,
