Dermot was on Richard and Judy there. He explained about the naps that they were in uncharted territory and were taking medical advice, and didn't want to cause harm.
A sleep expert on the show said that without the sleeps they probably wouldn't last three days, even with the incentive of the £100,000 prize. One of the contestants was interviewed as well. |
