was rather surprised they decided to remake this movie almost word for word just a decade after the original? that must be one of the fastest remakes ever? dont they usually wait a lot longer? besides they still seem to be making more tobey macguire spiderman movies, so why did they decide on this remake?
as for the movies, the IMDB has the 2002 film as 7.3 out of 10 rated and the 2012 as 7.2 out of 10 I preferred the first one too, maybe the lovely miss dunst swayed the balance  what do you lot think?
