Labour leader Ed Miliband has called for a "new settlement" to heal economic and social divisions in Britain.

Mr Miliband has told the Scottish Labour conference people need a new start, comparable to the change offered by Margaret Thatcher in the 1980s.

Miliband's joined Cameron's Club and become a "Thatcherite", then .....

Delegates in Inverness heard the Labour leader's offer would combine "proper rights to work with a real responsibility to do so".

Whatever that double-speak means .....

Sounds Tory to me .....
