Most but not all ammunition still comes in metallic forms, the ceramic type are very expensive but not unobtainable.

I don't see how a terrorist would do much damage with this. if you can only get 1 shot off before you have to reload.
That being said, i'm sure that someone will design a printable gun that can fire multiple rounds eventually. This is just the first version of it.
