tax the A and E persistent alcohol users (petition) 16.05.13
have you ever been, A and E is no paradise, not one bit environmentally green, are you now agreeing to a minimum booze price. very nerve racking, tense and volatile, hold on its breaking out into smacking, gone is the smile. getting louder is a alarm, in comes security, real risk is harm, not acceptable from a health community. this can not proceed, self inflicted is intoxication, lets make a new law to read, so there is clear clarification. £500 fine if its alcohol related, only on your second appearance, sorry if this has deflated, but it will lead to a disappearance. if you are on "benefits", its a £5 payment per week, this is one of your deficits, no sympathy can you seek. the government won't higher "booze" cost, because the "income" is for-filling, but A and E drunks we have to frost, because this is about "decency" fueled by the shilling. ( i was watching the news this morning and this story really got me thinking. as most of us pay tax and we should be entitled to go to A and E when we are in need with out the hassle of drunk people causing hassle in the waiting area and also all the time the nhs staff take to deal with drunk people and the mess they have got there body's into. yes i understand its a addiction and they need help but it should not be at the cost of the normal people getting help. this is why i feel my idea might just work. if it is to fail - the money raised from my idea can fund a better system to deal with drunks so it is a all win situation. please feel free to sign my petition if you feel this idea is good. i will even buy you a drink if you do. http://www.change.org/en-GB/petition...e-from-alcohol ) Last edited by waterhog; 16-05-2013 at 09:24 PM. |
