We have not seen the contract where it states that in order to run CBB they need to air the civilian series aswell.
The celebrity version however is a massive hit with CBB11 launch getting 3.83 million and the finale getting 3.61 million (almost 2 million more than the finale of BB13).
I don't want BB to get the axe but I don't enjoy watching it die a slow death either.
Hopefully this series will build and become a relative success but I cant see it happening.

Even if it does get somewhat higher ratings, they wouldnt dare ditch BB because they know the hardcore fanbase would go crazy
