Default Big Brother 14 Edgic Thread (Analyzing The Edit)

Not sure if this will work but I've seen it be done with Apprentice and Survivor. It's used to figure out how someone is being portrayed on the show and can be used to predict their journey through the house. Might be fun to do and see how housemates change over the course of the series.

How to do it:
After watching each episode we can rate the contestants based on their visibility:

Step 1:

Ratings: OTT, CP, MOR, UTR and INV

OTT (over the top)
CP (complex personality)
MOR (middle of the road)
UTR (under the radar)
INV (Invisible)

Step 2:

Tone: NN, N, neutral (no tone), P, PP (very negative to very positive)

M (Mixed) This is a special tone designation. It is used when a player has both significant negative and significant positive scenes in one episode. It helps differentiate from the "nothing" (neutral) tone of a neglected character or the static neutral of a middle of the road or complex character. It shows active manipulation of a character, rather than a passive or neglected edit.

Note: If an edit contains minor P manipulation but a lot of N manipulation, then the rating is not Mixed, but Negative, as the N manipulation overwhelms the P (and vice versa). Minor manipulation should be regarded as neutral.

Step 3:

Visibility: 1 to 5
(From a low of 1 to a high of 5)

So I'll have a go
My rankings on the latest episode (Highlights show 1):
Callum: INV1 - has no edit so far.
Charlie: UTR2 - entered the house tonight, little focus.
Daley: UTRP2 - got the P from his positive attitude but still little focus.
Dan: MOR2 - was quite prominent in the episode but wasn't really important tonight except for splitting the fight up.
Dexter: CPP3 - really complex character and quite prominent in the episode.
Gina: OTTN5 - had a really negative, prominent edit and was in the forefront of the arguments tonight, also showed off her "rich bitch" personality.
Hazel: MORP3 - saw her chatting with some housemates, signified on how she's classy when talking about "no boobs, just lingerie".
Jack & Joe - UTR3 - weren't really prominent tonight but made some comments here and there.
Jackie: UTR2 - entered with her daughter but had little focus.
Jemima: MOR3 - showed her sort of showmance with Sam, other than that she didn't do much.
Sallie: CPM5 - was involved in most of the show tonight, we were shown many different sides to her, mainly negative with the arguing with Gina but also friendship with Wolfy and suspicion in Michael.
Sam: MOR3 - showed his showmance a bit but not much else.
Sophie: MORP3 - showed her as a chatty bubbly character and people could sympathise with her with the shower problem.
Wolfy: UTR3 - cannot remember much but a few chats with the main focuses tonight, Sallie and Gina.
