To be fair barbel...Sam didn't need to keep up with what was said to show compassion to a 'friend in distress' did he..?
All he had to do was follow her into the bedroom as "The cold hearted rat Dexter" [
as his detractors would portray him] did, and offer a shoulder to cry on!...but did we see any of the expected 'friend-etiquette' displayed by Sam?...did we hell!...we saw a display of the boy's gameplan to keep away from anything that might be unpopular with both the other housemates and more importantly....the voting public!...it's accumulation of niggly little things like this that has put the boy right down in my estimation in the last couple of weeks barbel..I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with "playing the game to win"...[and it might just be the fact that 'his sincere-lad act' had me fooled for weeks?

] but this level of sneakyness is too much for me!....I no longer want him to win, and refuse to brush his bad points off as "Well ..it's harder for lovely Sam!"..
Cheers.
