Can someone please explain how...

on Wednesday's show everything changed so fast from the house being against Charlie to everyone siding with her in the Hazel argument? I just watched the episode and missed how Gina/Hazel were BFFs hating Charlie and then suddenly Dexter, Charlie and Gina were outside on the bench hating on Hazel. ???

Also, wasn't Hazel telling the truth about the Dexter/Callum political conversation regarding whom to choose to put on the board?
