They're not responsible for it, but they can quite easily stop themselves from exacerbating the problem, when there is absolutely no need to do so. This is meant to be a friendly discussion forum for people with the same interests, and largely that is exactly what it is. I've seen people make disgusting comments and threads on here and nothing happens, the next day they are still here spouting their bile.
