Daley is a sleazebag - if he can't be trusted on a public tv show his 'girlfriend' was watching - he can't be trusted full stop. Hazel did the girl a favour - what woman in her right mind would want him now.

You seem determined to blame everyone except Hazel! I don't think it was an excuse for Gina, or for any of the others in the house that criticized both Daley and Hazel.

Gina is no angel and neither is Hazel, and I'm sure there was a bit of jealousy on both sides, from time to time.
