Emma's sympathetic voice

Has anyone else noticed throughout the series when Emma says the name of the housemate behind evicted she does it in a sympathetic voice?

Tonight, right before announcing the winner she said Sam and Dexters name and used her sympathetic voice for Dexter, right then I knew he hadn't won

anyone else notice this?
