the man leaves everyone alone , disturbs no one , respects everyone, isn't loud, isn't abusive, he chats when people chat to him, he hasn't argued, hasn't shouted , no attention seeking either, his words are often kind and wise....he hasn't been greedy either....hes given it 100% on every task too
